## How to play against Briar

Lane and teamfight rules that hold regardless of your pick.

### In lane and in teamfights

- Force W with poke before committing, then trade while her frenzy window is unavailable.

- Recall early when low; do not give her missing-health damage a free execute.

- Kite her first engage toward allies instead of accepting isolated river fights.

- Save hard crowd control for her R arrival or W chase so she cannot choose targets freely.

- Peel the first champion she marks with R and burst her during the forced path.

## Where Briar is weak

Exploit these in draft and in lane.

- Briar loses agency during berserk commits, so baiting her pathing can drag her into bad targets or CC.

- Her sustain-based durability collapses under anti-heal and burst before she can finish an extended fight.
