In lane and in teamfights

1. Bait Q before committing to an engage. Once it misses or is charged in the wrong direction, trade quickly before her disengage returns.
2. Pressure the wave when her shield is down. Forcing her to choose between shielding poke and protecting the push weakens her lane control.
3. Start fights from multiple angles so one Q or ult cannot reset the whole engage. Collapse again after she spends her first peel spell.
4. Punish her when she leaves lane to ward alone. Janna is strongest beside carries, not when caught setting vision by herself.
5. Hold follow-up engage until her ult is used. Re-engage immediately after the knockback so her team cannot freely reset.
